The app itself does not collect any personal data.
All information you enter in the app — games, studies, notes, settings — is stored exclusively on your local device. We have no servers of our own. We do not send any data to any external server.
The free version of the app includes advertising provided by Google AdMob. When displaying ads, Google may collect certain device data (such as Android's advertising identifier) in accordance with its own privacy policy.
In-app purchases are managed by Google Play. When making a purchase, Google's privacy policy applies.

If you purchase the ad-free version, AdMob stops displaying and any associated data collection ceases.
My Chess Notes does not request special permissions such as access to camera, microphone, contacts or location.
The only permission used is access to local device storage, required to import and export PGN files.
This application is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from minors.
